Testimonials

We have used the panel construction on four homes including our own which we lived in for five years. This is really the only way to construct for long term heating, cooling savings and quiet living. It is easy to install, has lower HVAC costs, and great sound proofing.

History: Built by of Trail Creek Construction.

The larger house of the two is 2600 sq ft. plus garage and is built on a crawl space. There is a TJI roof system on this house. The floor is also TJI, and Trail Creek Construction installed hydronic heat in all the main floor with tile floors throughout. The owners are so happy with their new home. The heating bill is very low.

The smaller house is about 1600 sq. ft., and it is built on a concrete slab on grade with hydronic heat, and has tile floors throughout. The contractor incorporated log floor joise for the loft into the walls and it has more log accents than the larger house. We are told that the heat bill ran $210 last year. of Trail Creek Construction reports that both homes went up with no problems whatsoever.
