I can't open the PDF documents. PDF (portable document format) documents need the Acrobat Reader plug-in to be able to read it. You can download the reader from the source.

I am unable to see the flash files. Flash files require the Flashplayer plug-in to be installed in your browser.

I cannot play the videos. Download Real Player -or- Quicktime player from their locations. After you complete the download and installs, then revisit the video page. If you continue to have difficulty playing the videos after doing the installs, The problem could be either the players or the operating system. At this point, we would suggest researching with Google.com, any error message you receive while attempting to play the video.
