Sealant/Caulk:

		Caulk needs to be conducive to foam

Enlarge Photo		Latex caulking works quite adequately

Enlarge Photo		All penetrations to the exterior need to be filled with expanding foam.

		Caulk all sides of panels except for the top plate for an air tight seal.
